THE TALE OF TONY BRENT

Tony Brent's career started off like a rocket in the 1980's and it appeared that he was headed for fame.  After graduating from the University of Tennessee and having acted in numerous theatrical productions, Tony began starring in independent films, commercials and music videos in addition to performing his live concert shows to standing-room-only crowds.

After a brief stint in L.A. Working on his acting career, Tony opted to slow down and settle down with his wife Mitzi and concentrate of raising a family.  In an effort to stay close to both their families, Tony began performing comedy and magic shows in casinos in Northern Mississippi.  In addition to casinos, Tony filled his calendar with comedy club performances, colleges, private events and corporate shows.

In 1999, Tony and family moved to Orlando at the urging of the Walt Disney Company executives who had a desire to utilize Tony's talents in two of their theme parks, Hollywood Studios and EPCOT.  During his tenure at Disney Tony was discovered by a talent scout who was seeking the lead for a new dinner show called "Night of Wonder".  Tony beat out dozens of other performers because of his unique ability to combine acting, improv comedy, magic and impersonations.  

Tony has managed to perform over 5,000 shows in this one venue alone!  A feat almost unheard of in the entertainment industry today.  Tony eventually became the producer and "The Night of Wonder Show" and the show was renamed the "Outta Control Dinner Show".  Since then Tony's show has won critical acclaim with locals as well as the international tourism industry.
